MEET NOELLE

Experience from the classroom to program leadership.

Noelle Cook brings more than 18 years of experience in early childhood education to her role as Executive Director of Early Childhood Education Services at The BEACH Method. Her career spans classroom teaching, curriculum leadership, educator coaching, assessment, and continuous quality improvement in Head Start, Early Head Start, and state-funded early learning programs.

She understands the daily work behind program goals. As a teacher, mentor coach, curriculum administrator, and CQI analyst, Noelle has helped educators and leaders connect what they observe with what they do next. Her approach starts with the strengths of each team and turns classroom and program data into focused coaching, useful professional learning, and clear next steps.

SERVICES

Support built around your program.

Start with a focused project or build an ongoing partnership. The scope follows your goals, your team, and what your data shows.

CLASS observations and actionable feedback

Coordinate observations, identify patterns in teacher-child interactions, and connect findings to specific practices teachers can use. Services can include observation scheduling, individual feedback, aggregate reporting, and leadership presentations.

Coaching and professional development

Use classroom observations and program priorities to shape practical coaching and engaging training. Focus on clear goals, reflection, specific instructional practices, and follow-up that supports implementation.

Meaningful observation

Strengthen observation, documentation, and assessment practices. Help teachers use evidence to understand children's learning, individualize experiences, and make assessment part of everyday teaching.

Child assessment and curriculum

Connect curriculum plans with children's interests, developmental goals, and assessment information. Support implementation, fidelity, individualization, and useful planning.

Learning environments

Review classroom spaces, materials, routines, and how children use them. Develop practical recommendations informed by experience with ECERS, ITERS, and FCCERS, with attention to engagement, independence, and developmentally appropriate experiences.

Program data and continuous improvement

Turn observation and assessment findings into clear reports, focused priorities, and improvement plans. Help leaders choose professional development, monitor progress, and make informed decisions about support.

Make the next step specific.

A score can identify an area to explore. Observation notes can help identify the teaching practices to work on. Noelle connects those details so coaching and training focus on actions teachers can try right away.

WORKING TOGETHER

A practical path forward.

STEP ONE

Talk about your program

Share your goals, current questions, and the support your team needs.

STEP TWO

Agree on a focused plan

Define the scope, timeline, and deliverables, from a single training to a coordinated observation and coaching project.

STEP THREE

Put the findings to work

Use feedback, practical tools, and agreed follow-up to guide next steps and review progress.

Supporting the people who serve children.

The BEACH Method examines how organizational systems reach the people doing the work. Noelle's early childhood services extend that focus to classroom practice, educator development, and program quality.
